Vera is a large scale patchwork fabric inspired by antique Japanese boro textiles from Allison’s personal collection. Traditional boro textiles have been patched and mended using fabric scraps and a simple running sashiko stitch. Our interpretation of the boro textile incorporates various strips of woven fabric that have been patched onto a base fabric to create an overall pattern. Born out of necessity, four centuries later boro fabric is now a distinctively gorgeous textile artform.

Suitable for upholstery, drapery, and decorative uses, Vera comes in two neutral colors: Desert and Indigo.
