River is a warp printed fabric meaning the pattern is printed on the warp yarns of the fabric before weaving. Once crossed with the weft during weaving, a soft, blurred edge is created. Inspired by an antique Indonesian ikat, River reflects the ever changing surface and movement of a journey downstream.
