Named after my French citizen nephew, Louis Stripe is created out of a simple line of hatched brush strokes that I repeated over and over, then colored in a gradation to create an ombre stripe. I love this tiny texture stripe that looks like it could have been woven. It is printed on a heavier linen perfect for upholstery. I could see sofas and chairs covered in Louis Stripe. It is a perfect subtle pattern.
