Caroline Cecil
Caroline Cecil is the Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Caroline Cecil Textiles—a modern luxury textile company that celebrates the artisanal. Throughout her career, Caroline has established herself as a leader in the community of design and trend/color forecasting. With experience spanning couture textile design for fashion runway collections to conceptualizing mass-market textile assortments for corporate design brands, her resume is highlighted by more than a decade in the textile industry designing for the likes of Target, Levi’s, and Angela Adams. Prior to starting Caroline Cecil Textiles, she served as a Design Director in California’s Silicon Valley where she built several companies from the ground up and gained an intimate understanding of the lean start-up methodology as it pertains to product development and marketing. Caroline Cecil attended Parsons The New School For Design, where she studied business and graphic design and also received her BFA in Textile Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Caroline Cecil Textiles has appeared in publications such as Forbes, Milieu Magazine, The LA Times, Luxe, LA Home, Interiors, California Home + Design, Pop Sugar, Rue Magazine and Harper’s Bazaar. Her collection is currently available in showrooms nationwide, in Australia and Canada.
